What ages are the productions suitable for?

While all of our plays are generally suitable for any age, and you never have to worry about content or language, some productions may have scenes that could frighten a small child. Please see the event descríption for an age appropriate suggestion.

 

What time do the doors open?

Audience members will be permitted to enter the building and be seated at 6:45 pm for 7:30pm performances.

What time should I arrive?

The show will begin PROMPTLY  at 7:30 pm or 2:00  pm.  

We recommend that you arrive in plenty of time to find parking and to reach your seat before the production begins. 

 

Who needs a ticket?

Due to fire codes and safety issues, ALL guests ages 2 and above must have their own ticket and occupy their own seat.

 

No more than the permitted number of guests should fill a row. For Example: If there are 10 chairs then 10 guests may occupy that row. Only exception would be children under 2 who are not required to have their own seat and will sit on a parent lap. Please kindly observe this policy for your saftey and the safety of those around you. Thank you 

 

Can tickets be purchased at the STP building and why are there processing fees?

All tickets sales are online with the exception of the following times.

 

Tickets may be purchased at the building during the following times.   

     Thursday Performance Day from 6:00 pm-7:45 pm

     Friday Performance Day from 6:00 pm- 7:45 pm

     Saturday Performance Day from 12:30 pm-2:15 pm  and when there is an evening performance, from 6:00 pm-7:45 pm.

 

All ticket sales (including cash sales) are subject to Ticketor and Paypal processing fees and NC State Sales tax. Spiritual Twist Production does not upcharge fees in order to make a profit. 

 

What about group rates?

At this time, group rates are not available. 

 

Are there accomodations for large groups of guests?

Because all ticketing is done online by you, the guest, and because group rates are not available, you should be able to reserve your groups tickets simply by designating a group leader and having them purchase your tickets all together. If for any reason you have a question or concern, please feel free to contact the administrator at tickets.stp@gmail.com.

 

PAYPAL

Spiritual Twist Productions uses PAYPAL as our merchant account service prodvider. You do not need to have a personal PAYPAL account to purchase your tickets. However, all guests will be asked to proceed to checkout with PAYPAL. Please proceed with the check out process and once you get to the PAYPAL site you will be given the option to either pay with your personal PAYPAL account OR use a credit or debit card.  Choose which option bests works for you and proceed in completing the checkout process.

Special Needs Accomodations  (e.g. wheelchairs, hearing/sight impairment etc.)

Wheelchair accessible seating is now available and designated online. Please note that we will not be able to accomodate wheelchairs except in the designated locations.  It is advised that you reserve your seating early to ensure you will be able to sit together with your party.

If you have a different need that will require special accomodations, please contact us at tickets.stp@gmail.com BEFORE you purchase your tickets.

 

Is my ticket transferable?

We regret that tickets are not transferable from one event to another. We cannot guarantee that there will be seats available for another show of the same production. However tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event date.

 

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the production.  You may  return your ticket for credit to your credit card or for STP credit toward a future show. Please note that processing fees are NOT refundable.

Return Deadline:  

For Thursday Evening 7:30 Performance tickets must be returned by Tuesday Evening at 7:30 the week of the performance.

For Friday Evening 7:30 Performance tickets must be returned by Wednesday Evening at 7:30 the week of the performance.

For Saturday Matinee 2:00 Performance tickets must be returned by Thursday Afternoon at 2:00 the week of the performance.

For Saturday Evening 7:30 Performance tickets must be returned by Thursday Evening at 7:30 the week of the performance.

Please note: Guests handle their own returns. Simply login to the ticket site, choose the user menu tab, choose the tickets tab and then the return tickets tab. Follow the directions for returning your tickets.

 

What happens if there is inclement weather and a production is cancelled?

We value the safety of our guests, cast, and staff. While we rarely cancel a performance due to inclement weather, in the event that a show is cancelled, we will make every effort to inform all ticketed customers VIA email as soon as possible. If you are not sure whether an event is cancelled, please check your email before arriving at the venue. 

 

In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be awarded ONLY if the show is cancelled. Refunds will be issued to your PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD account within 48 hours. Once the refund has been issued, the credit should appear in either your PAYPAL account or on your CREDIT CARD statement within 5 business days.

 

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes.  Tickets contain your seating information and will be collected at the door.  Electronic devices with your printable tickets may be accepted. You must be able to show the ticket on your device in order to gain admittance. Email confirmations will not be accepted as proof of your ticket.

We are moving to the use of electronic scanners for ticket check-in for the 2016 season. Please be sure to have your tickets with you.

 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No outside food/drink may be brought into the building.  Water with a cap or sturdy lid are acceptable.  (i.e. No fast food drinks or uncovered cups allowed.)

 

No photography, video or audio recording of any kind is permitted as it is a violation of copyright laws. Professional videos of the production will be for sale in the lobby.  A collection of production stills will also be available for purchase in the Twisted Treasures Gift Shop.  

 

The air conditioning is kept at 68 degrees for performances to keep both guests and actors cool throughout the evening.  We recommend that guests bring a sweater or jacket with them in case they find the temperature cool. 

 

Small, backless booster seats may be brought for small children to use.

 

What about concessions?

Concessions will be available once the doors open and during intermission. While concessions are permitted in the theatre, we do ask that you please consume them with care and consideration of the cloth seats and carpeting. 

Please do not bring in any outside food or drink. We ask that you please finish it before entering the building.
