Join us at STP for a dose of Christmas cheer, just in time for the holidays! We will begin our evening with Freddie Filmore's Gospel hour featuring Christmas carols and a chronological retelling of the birth of Jesus. After a brief commercial break, complete with a best 1940’s & 1950’s costume contest, we will enjoy a live radio show version of It’s a Wonderful Life, the classic tale we all know and love.

Meet the young George Bailey, overwhelmed by family obligations and a sense of responsibility toward his community, feels tied down to a company that never interested him, living a life he never wanted to live. As he ages, he sees his youth, dreams, and opportunities pass him by. Unknown to George, though, his friends and family have been praying for him to get through those hard times. At the height of his despair, he is met by his guardian angel Clarence, who shows him that his life truly HAS had significance. Step back to 1948 and meet the quirky characters of WBFR radio as you watch the classic story, It’s a Wonderful Life, unfold live onstage!

STP cordially invites you to step back in time with us! Wear your swankiest 1940s and 1950s styles—who knows, you might just win a special surprise for being our best-dressed patron!
