Thank you for reading about how you might handle a return or exchange of tickets purchased for one of our events. Here are a few things that might be helpful for you to know about our Box Office and why we have the policies listed below.

 

Currently, the Box office is managed by a volunteer and volunteer sales agents on production nights. We do not have an official Box Office at our building. The Box Office Manager manages the Box Office online, from home, on volunteer time.

 

 

Because we use an online ticketing system, guests can manage their own returns/exchanges from the comfort of their own home. Please understand that fees are not refundable. You can choose to have a refund of the ticket price to your credit card or opt for a store credit.

 

Simply login to the ticket site

Choose the user menu tab

Choose the tickets tab 

Then the return tickets tab.

Follow the directions for returning your tickets.

 

We do not offer direct exchanges as we have no way to guarantee the same seating will be available or equal to what you have already purchased. And, since guests manage their own ticket purchases, you can return your seats and then repurchase for the event you wish to attend.

Please note, however, that we do have a return cut off 48 hours prior to the event start. At that point, the tickets become non-refundable. See information below.

Return Deadline:  

For Thursday Evening 7:30 Performance tickets must be returned by Tuesday Evening at 7:30 the week of the performance.

For Friday Evening 7:30 Performance tickets must be returned by Wednesday Evening at 7:30 the week of the performance.

For Saturday Matinee 2:00 Performance tickets must be returned by Thursday Afternoon at 2:00 the week of the performance.

For Saturday Evening 7:30 Performance tickets must be returned by Thursday Evening at 7:30 the week of the performance.

 

 

What happens if there is inclement weather and a production is cancelled?

We value the safety of our guests, cast, and staff. While we rarely cancel a performance due to inclement weather, in the event that a show is cancelled, we will make every effort to inform all ticketed customers VIA email as soon as possible. If you are not sure whether an event is cancelled, please check your email before arriving at the venue. 

 

In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be awarded ONLY if the show is cancelled. Refunds will be issued to your PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD account within 48 hours. Once the refund has been issued, the credit should appear in either your PAYPAL account or on your CREDIT CARD statement within 5 business days.
