STP TICKET RETURN INFORMATION

We are in the middle of unprecendented times and we must allow for the unexpected. With this in mind, we have modified our regular return policy.  However, we must also allow time for those guests who wish to attend to be able to secure tickets if they are available. Therefore:

Tickets may be returned up to 4 hours before the performance time. 

 

Our ticket site is user friendly and guests are easily able to return their own tickets.

Please follow the steps below for your easy return.

 

Simply login to the ticket site

Choose the user menu tab

Choose the tickets tab 

Then the return tickets tab.

Follow the directions for returning your tickets.

What happens if there is inclement weather and a production is cancelled?

We value the safety of our guests, cast, and staff. While we rarely cancel a performance due to inclement weather, in the event that a show is cancelled, we will make every effort to inform all ticketed customers VIA email as soon as possible. If you are not sure whether an event is cancelled, please check your email before arriving at the venue. 

 

In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be awarded ONLY if the show is cancelled. Refunds will be issued to your PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD account within 48 hours. Once the refund has been issued, the credit should appear in either your PAYPAL account or on your CREDIT CARD statement within 5 business days.
