FAQs

What is your COVID Policy?

We recognize the possibility for varied perspectives patrons might have when responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. At STP, we are excited to open our doors to all. Please come as you are comfortable. Masks are optional.

What ages are the productions suitable for?

While all of our plays are generally suitable for any age, and you never have to worry about content or language, some productions may have scenes to which your child may be sensitive. (For example, a crucifixion scene.) Please read the play description by clicking on the production title on the main ticket page. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Box Office at tickets.stp@gmail.com.

What time do the doors open?

Currently, doors will open a half-hour before the performance time.   (6:30 pm for 7 pm shows and  1:30 pm for 2 pm shows)

Please be sure to check the production information, or your tickets, for any changes in time.

What time should I arrive?

The show will begin PROMPTLY  at 7:00 pm or 2:00  pm.  Late arrivers will have to wait to be seated by ushers during a break in the action.

We recommend that you arrive in plenty of time to find parking and to reach your seat before the production begins. When our shows are sold out, overflow parking is available in the Medical Office parking lot behind Aversboro Coffee.

Who needs a ticket?

Due to fire codes and safety issues, ALL guests ages 2 and above must have their own ticket and occupy their own seat.

No more than the permitted number of guests should fill a row. For example: If there are 10 chairs then 10 guests may occupy that row. The only exception would be children under 2 who are not required to have their own seat and will sit on a parent lap. Please kindly observe this policy for your saftey and the safety of those around you. Thank you

Can tickets be purchased at the STP building and why are there additional fees?

All ticket sales are online but may be purchased at the Box Office, once the doors have opened for the event.

We do encourage guests to purchase/reserve their tickets online, if possible.

All ticket sales (including cash sales) are subject to Ticketor fees and NC State Sales tax. Spiritual Twist Productions does not upcharge fees to make a profit.
